Join Relay Education and RBC for a networking event with professionals in the financial sector. During the event you will meet and talk with RBC employees from multiple departments alongside a small group of other folks. Learn about banking in the green economy, the importance of Environmental, Social, and Corporate (ESG) investing, and expand your professional network.

When: Wednesday June 16 at 12pm EST

Where: Virtually on Zoom

Why you need to be there:

This 1-hour event will be hosted on Zoom and will use breakout rooms to promote smaller group chats. You will have the opportunity to meet multiple professionals throughout the event. This event is intended for 18 to 29 year olds. 

We promote a relaxed environment where you can be yourself and get to know professionals and peers in a fun atmosphere. Participate from the comfort of your home and grow your network.

RBC Professionals Attending 

Audrey Mocle 

Audrey is the Manager of Human Rights and Sustainability for the Royal Bank of Canada. She is a lawyer and former consultant who has advised leading global businesses, international organizations, and civil society groups on all aspects of human rights governance. Audrey is also the newest member of Relay Education’s Board of Directors.  

Karen Walker 

Karen Walker is a Citizenship Content and Activations Coordinator with RBC. Working her way up from the Career Launch Program™ in 2019, Karen continues to pursue her passion for sustainability, impact, and influence within the corporate sector. She supports a wide range of business objectives for each of Corporate Citizenship’s working groups and loves engaging and inspiring youth through mentorship programs. 

Noah Aiken-Klar 

Noah is the Director of Academic and Strategic Relationsihps, T&O Early Talent with RBC. Noah works with schools and community partners to engage students from diverse backgrounds and help them launch careers in Tech and at RBC. Prior to this, he helped develop and lead RBC Future Launch, a groundbreaking commitment to deepen and scale programs for young people to gain skills, grow their networks, get practical work experience and enhance their mental well-being. Before RBC, he was Regional Director at the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a provincial agency and grantmaker. 

Noah is also a bilingual lawyer, the former ED of PBSC (a national youth leadership and access-to-justice organization), an active community volunteer, and an award-winning singer, performer and writer. He has degrees from McGill and UofT, and lives in downtown Toronto with his wife and two kids.      

Snehal Khade 

Snehal Khade is a Commercial Account Manager with RBC, based in the GTA. Snehal has broad-ranging global experience across finance, research and banking with specialization in providing sustainable finance solutions for Government-sponsored entities, renewable energy and waste management companies. In addition to her current role at RBC, she also serves as the Director of Finance at Connecting Environmental Professionals (CEP) Toronto. She is passionate about forest and wildlife conservation and is a strong advocate of the adoption of the triple bottom line framework, which integrates financial, social and environmental values.
